Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your item, along with all original certification documents and luxury packaging, into a secure shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; all returns are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
